Acceptance Mark

Here is what some Motivex, Inc. clients had to say about working with Michelle Volz:

When I take on a new project, in addition to everything else I do, I need an accountability partner to help me stay on track. Execution is key, and working with Michelle Volz, I know I'm going to get it done.

I had heard a lot about branding myself and my services, but I didn't know how to turn that into actionable items. Michelle Volz helped me develop a branding strategy, and gave me the know-how to implement it.

Business Owners:

I run my own business, and I'm somewhat isolated. Having a business consultant is like having my own strategic advisory committee. Michelle Volz is an objective third-party who calls me on my blind-spots.

If my business was more streamlined, I know I'd be more successful. I need a business consultant to help me organize and manage my company.

My business could be a lot more successful if I knew how to better market my services. I need a consultant to help me brainstorm new ideas, then design action-steps for taking my business to the next level.

I've got great ideas, but left to my own devices, I have a hard time finding time to implement them. I rely on a consultant to help me organize, prioritize, and hold me accountable to my goals.

I want to see my employees succeed; when they succeed, I succeed. I utilize Michelle Volz's personal & professional development program to give my employees a leg-up when they're facing challenges that affect their work.

I need a senior-level manager on my team, but I don't have the resources to make a full-time hire.

Senior Managers:

I manage a number of people, and I need to sharpen my leadership skills to help me be a more effective manager.

Having a business consultant on contract with my company is like having our own Employee Assistance Program; we've always got an available resource to help us work through conflicts that crop up every now and then.

Personal Development:

I've had a lot of successes in my life. But now I want a different kind of "success." I'm looking for something more meaningful, more fulfilling... Michelle Volz has the wisdom and understanding to take me to a deeper level of growth and awareness. That level of support is not something you can just find anywhere.

I believe in being the best I can be. I always want to grow and be self-aware - in my work, and in my personal life. Michelle Volz's business consulting programs help me in my pursuit of excellence, across the board.
