She has worked in a variety of service sectors, and is an expert in training and employee development, designing and leading program initiatives, and conflict resolution. Michelle works closely with the organization’s stakeholders, and has held responsibility for several key departments at the same time, with a consistent track record of containing costs and improving client retention.
In 1999, Michelle Volz formed Motivex, Inc., a business management consulting firm, dedicated to providing personal and professional-development consulting services to small businesses and senior-level managers.
Michelle Volz's expertise in soft-skills development stems from her prior experience as a licensed counselor (MFT), where she specialized in helping business professionals achieve personal and professional success, focusing on communication skills, conflict resolution, and leadership development. Michelle Volz holds a Bachelors Degree in Marketing & Advertising from California State University, Long Beach and a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Los Angeles. Michelle has received additional training from The College of Executive Coaching, Ventura, CA.
